The kids were looking for some different books to read last night old books at that! Shelyse came across a wish list she wrote in the 4th grade. I was shocked not only that it was in the book but that i had never seen it. It's fun to read the things our kids write when they are young but to see there spelling and the way they word things. Needless to say i thought this is a great blog... " note: this includes her spelling, punctuation and all"
THE THREE WISHES,
My first wish is that everybody
would get along and nobody would
ever fight just as if when somebody
dropped some money like...A fiftey
dollor bill then if a nother person
found it then instead of keeping
it and being disonest then that person
that it belonged to the guy who had
it would give it back and if that wish
came true then every thing would be
as peaceful as any one has ever been before.
My second wish would be that
Everybody would have enough money
that no one would have to worry about
loosing all your money on your bills or
nothing like that they would run out
of money because another part of this
wish was that everybody would live
comfeduble and safe.
My third wish is that everybody
would keep our nation as clean and
safe as possible so then there would
be no littering or no dropping candy wrappers
on the ground and if everybody
followed that wish then everybody
would be happy and then our town
would prbabley be the cleanest country
around the world of America. And
those are my three wishes.
Sincerly,
Shelyse Martinez

Our children are so sweet just typing this makes my heart swell. Little things like this are so special to me. Because all we have is memories they grow up so fast. Just another reason i love blogging is knowing all this can be made into a book at the end of the year.

These are still beautiful wishes so many years later. What a treasure to find this cute list.
